Homemade Syrup

Many of us constantly struggle with excess weight and fat accumulated around the waist. It may seem to be a difficult task to resolve, however, we offer you a simple natural remedy that will help you shrink your waist and lose pounds without a single exercise! The recipe of this miraculous syrup is easy to prepare, and its ingredients are not expensive, but probably already in your kitchen. Ingredients: 2 tablespoons of cinnamon 4 tablespoons of honey Three lemons 4.5 oz / 130 grams of horseradish 2 cm root ginger Method of preparation: Clean and grate the horseradish and ginger into pieces, and then blend them well. Then, grate the lemons and add them to the mixture. Blend these all and then add 4 teaspoons of honey and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon. Mix the combination well and place it in a jar. Close well. Use: Take one tablespoon of this extraordinary syrup in the morning and evening. This syrup should be consumed for three weeks on an empty stomach. The results will amaze you! (source)
